Warranties for fireplaces, and flues:

It is the responsibility of the customer to carefully read and follow the guidelines to ensure the safe and proper use of the fireplace.
- Failure to comply with the user guidelines and general safety guidelines may result in accidents, damage to property, or other undesirable outcomes. Euro Fireplaces cannot be held responsible for any such incidents if they occur due to the customer’s negligence or failure to adhere to guidelines.
- If you have any questions or concerns regarding the proper use of the fireplace, it is recommended to contact Euro Fireplaces for clarification and assistance.
- Stainless steel flues are not immune to corrosion, and such corrosion is excluded from the warranty.
