Shipping and Delivery
We value your business and carefully plan each delivery to reach you safely. Note that fireplaces are more complexed in shipping and delivery than a usual parcel. We partner with reputable courier companies to ensure the best shipping and delivery services to you – nationwide.
How shipping and delivery works?
- Your order will be prepared for delivery once full payment is received.
- Your order should reach you in 3 to 7 working days for items that are in stock. This may take longer for items that are not in stock – this information is generally communicated to you before orders are finalised.
- Deliveries are generally processed on Tuesdays and Fridays. We will communicate the necessary delivery information for tracking.
- We require the full and accurate delivery address, as well as the contact information of the person receiving the delivery.
- Your order will be delivered to your entry gate at your delivery address. Courier drivers are not obligated to deliver your order inside your property. They are also not required to assist with the offloading of your order. Fireplaces can weigh between 60-120kg – it is advisable to have someone to assist you. Euro Fireplaces will not be held liable for damages or injuries incurred during the offloading of orders.
- Should our courier drivers be required to deviate from their normal route, as a result of any cause beyond our control, such deviation will entitle Euro Fireplaces to make an additional charge to you, to cover the expense arising from the extra mileage and time involved.
Very Important
- On delivery, a thorough inspection of your order is required before finalising and signing for your delivery.
- Damages must be reported to Euro Fireplaces immediately at info@eurofireplaces.co.za or 082 896 2379. NOTE: Insurance will not cover damages reported after the courier driver has left.
- Please ensure to note all damages on the delivery note before signing and retain a copy for your records.
- Should you notice any damage to the packaging, please do a thorough inspection of your order with the courier driver. Packaging must be removed with care to reuse, should your order need to be returned. Photos of the damage must be recorded before and after removing the packaging, as well as any noticeable damage to your order.
